30-night returns

If a piece isn’t right for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Items should be in resalable condition and, where possible, repacked in the original packaging.

How to start a return

Email support@mydictac.com with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll reply with return instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. You’ll get an email confirmation when it’s processed.

Missing or damaged parts

You don’t need to return the whole item for a missing screw or a single damaged panel. Email us the part number from your instruction booklet and we’ll ship the replacement part free.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order, so you’re not waiting on the return to clear first.
