Where we ship

We ship to all 48 contiguous United States. At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or internationally.

Cost

Standard shipping is free on every order within the contiguous US. There are no oversized-item surcharges.

Dispatch & delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Larger items such as bunk and loft beds may ship in more than one box and can arrive on separate days.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 48 hours, email support@mydictac.com.

Damaged in transit

Inspect your boxes on arrival. If anything arrived damaged, keep the packaging and email us photos within 48 hours — we’ll arrange replacement parts or a full replacement at no cost.
