Limited Warranty

What’s covered

Every DICTAC frame carries a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and structural failure under normal household use — including welds, frame integrity, drawer glides and the electrical components (LED strips, charging modules) we supply.

What’s not covered

• Normal wear, scratches and cosmetic marks from everyday use
• Damage from misuse, overloading beyond the rated weight, or improper assembly
• Products modified from their original design
• Damage from moisture, extreme heat or outdoor use

How to claim

Email support@mydictac.com with your order number, a short description and photos of the issue. Most claims are resolved with free replacement parts; where a part can’t solve it, we’ll replace the item.
